Established as Solar Vila Inc. in Toronto, Canada. We began with a strong focus on electrical contracting and residential solar development, laying the groundwork for technical excellence.

2019 | Strategic Evolution (BESS)

Pivoted into the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector, expanding our capabilities to include full-scope commissioning and O&M services.

  • Highlight: Successfully delivered our first 20MWh BESS project in Toronto using top-tier CATL batteries and Kehua UPS technology.

2021 | A Unified Global Identity

Rebranded as MW ENERGY to align with our expanding international footprint. This marked our transition into a full-service provider for Utility-scale and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) solar and storage assets.

2024 | US Expansion & Diversification

Launched US Headquarters in Ontario, California, formally establishing MW ENERGY LLC to serve the American market. We significantly broadened our service portfolio to include critical infrastructure support.

  • New Service: Introduced Transformer Lifecycle Services to offer comprehensive power grid support.

2025 | Pan-American Reach

Extended operations to Mexico City, solidifying a seamless cross-border presence across North America (Canada, USA, Mexico).
